Welcome Dolphins to the
2026 Summer Swim and Dive Season!
The Miami Hills Dolphins Swim and Dive Team is located in Milford, OH. Comprised of boys and girls from 5 to 18 years of age and varying abilities. Members of our team must be current members of the Miami Hills Swim Club. We compete in June and July in the Seven Hills Swim League with one meet each week and a Championship at the end of the season.
Practices run at varying times daily from 8:15-10:15am for swim team. Our dive team follows from 10:30 for beginners and 11:15 for advanced.
Unsure if your swimmer is ready? Reach out and ask for an assessment. Swimmers compete against others in their age group, regardless of ability.
